2. Prices & Payment All prices are listed in USD. Payment is made via the payment methods shown at checkout.

3. Delivery Normal delivery time is 5–12 business days from when the order has been shipped. Tracking is sent via email once the order has left our warehouse/partner.

4. Right of Withdrawal & Returns You have a 30-day right of return in accordance with our return policy. See "Returns & Complaints" for full information.

5. Complaints In the event of a faulty product, you have the right to file a complaint. Contact us at kundservice@hemhandeln.se with your order number and supporting documentation.

6. Limitation of Liability We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or other circumstances beyond our control.

A couple of notes for the English/international version: prices are stated in SEK here — if this store targets an English-speaking market you may want to mention the relevant currency. Also, "30-day right of return" describes a voluntary store policy, while "right of withdrawal" (#4 heading) is the EU statutory term; both can coexist, but make sure the heading matches what you actually offer.
