Shipping information

Delivery Time Normal delivery time is 5–12 business days from when your order has been shipped. During periods of high demand, delivery may take longer.

Order Processing Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days (weekdays).

Tracking Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email.

Split Shipments If your order contains multiple products, it may in some cases be shipped in separate deliveries.

Uncollected Packages If a package is not collected and is returned to us, a handling fee may apply.
