30-Day Right of Return You have 30 days to return your order from the day you received the item. The right of return applies even if the packaging has been opened, provided that the product is in returnable condition.

For a return to be approved

• The product must be complete (all parts that were included).
• The product must be cleaned and in normal condition (not damaged or heavily worn).
• Packaging/case and accessories must be included.

How to make a return

1. Email kundservice@hemhandeln.se with your order number and reason for return.
2. You'll receive the return address and instructions via email.
3. Once we've received and inspected the return, we'll process the refund.

Refund Refunds are normally issued within 5–10 business days after the return has been approved.

Return Shipping The customer is normally responsible for return shipping costs for returns under the right of return, unless otherwise agreed.

Complaints (faulty product) If your product is defective or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible at kundservice@hemhandeln.se with:

• order number
• a description of the problem
• photo/video if possible

We'll help you resolve the matter as smoothly as possible.
